For your security and convenience all of our delivery services are handled by couriers.
As all of our orders require a signature upon receipt, it is advisable to have the order delivered to an address where someone will be there to receive it. Our couriers deliver from Monday to Friday within office hours.
Ireland (including NI):
- €3.95, sent with Fastway next-day service.
- Free delivery for orders over €65.
- €7.95, sent with FedEx or Fastway.
- Free delivery for orders over €100.
Rest of World:
- Delivery sent with FedEx and charged at cost based on order weight and destination country. You can view the delivery cost in the checkout stage (prior to payment). Please go to the end of this document to view which countries we currently offer shipping to.
Tax Free Orders (for shipping outside of EU):
- All items sent outside of EU (eg: USA, Canada, etc) are sent ex-VAT.
- The reduction in price of VAT (@23%) liable products is stated on the Order Confirmation page.

Our courier delivery service guarantees next day delivery 90%+ of the time to orders within Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Orders to the UK and EU are typically 2-3 days after order dispatch. Worldwide orders outside the EU can typically take up to 5-10 days to be delivered after dispatch, however shipping times are outside our control and longer transit periods may be encountered.
We aim to have your order dispatched with the next available collection after your order is received. If your order is received prior to 12pm we will endeavor to dispatch it the same day. Please kindly note that this is not a guarantee of next working day delivery, please allow for a delivery period as previously described in this section.
We employ third-party courier services to deliver your products. Although we provide an indication of typical delivery times, specific delivery times or dates cannot be guaranteed.
For orders being shipped outside the European Union, we cannot be held responsible for importation duty charges as applicable.
All address information must be accurate, including the postcode where appropriate, and the recipient's telephone number should be included. We cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if recipient address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect.
Orders not received within 7 days of the expected delivery period should be notified by e-mail to Customer services email@example.com with details of your order number. Please ensure you use a valid and current email address when ordering, as you will receive all confirmation and reference numbers relating to your purchase by email. Retain these details until your order has been delivered and please quote these in any correspondence to us regarding your order.
We will use reasonable efforts to meet any delivery date, but it should be understood that they are estimates and we are not liable (in contract, negligence or otherwise) for any loss or damage resulting from them not being met, howsoever caused.
Title to the goods will pass to you on delivery.
We want to know you are happy with your order! Should you not be completely satisfied for any reason, you are welcome to return items for a refund or exchange.
We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. Once the order has been delivered, you can return the goods within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (less any gift wrapping charges), or within 30 days for an exchange or store credit certificate (valid for 12 months from issue). Please note: with the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, that we are not responsible for return postage costs. We would advise you to send return items by a registered/insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for losses while in return transit.
Prior to returning an item(s) we request that you contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number to ensure the item is accurately tracked. To receive a RMA number, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call +353 1 201 1012 9am to 5pm, Mon-Fri . Please ensure to include "REFUND" or "EXCHANGE" in the subject line so we can prioritise your request.
Please complete the returns form provided on the back of the packing slip, including the RMA number and detail if you would like a refund or an exchange for an alternative item or size to be sent, and include this with your returned item.
Once we receive your return we will check the item(s) are eligible for return as defined above. Once this has been confirmed a refund or exchange will be processed according to your requirements.

Items must remain in an unopened and as new condition to be valid for return eligibility (clothes/shoes may be tested for size, however no tags should be removed). Please note: perishable or made to order/customised goods, or swim/under wear and music CD's that have been removed from the packet are not eligible for return processing.
If goods are defective in any way, please return them immediately and we will either deliver a new item(s) to you or offer a full refund. Any breakages or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Please also retain original packaging for any items damaged in transit as the delivery service will normally inspect damaged shipments.
